Our 6-D process

Discover
Discovery Phase is the initial stage of a software project which involves business analysis and requirements elicitation, technology stack choice, cost estimation and project planning.

Define
Business analyst and Project Manager set up a meeting with the customer to gather all the information like what the customer wants to build, who will be the end user, what is the purpose of the product. Before building a product a core understanding or knowledge of the product is very important.

Design
The purpose of the Design Phase is to transform the requirements into complete and detailed system design specifications.

Develop
During this phase, development tasks will be broken down into release efforts so the application can be completed in parts and the client can preview what has been done during the process. Breaking up the development effort is crucial in order to provide interim results to customers. Otherwise, you may find out later that what has been developed does not meet your client’s needs. It’s best to keep the client involved during the entire process to ensure the application is on the right track.

Deploy
The deployment phase puts the product into production or to lower environments such as Stage and UAT. This phases include deployment preparation and procedures, product deployment, transferring ownership of the product, and closing the deployment phase.

Deliver
During this phase, the plan that was previously developed is set into motion and all resources and tools are moved to their respective duties. As changes or conflicts arise, project managers must manage the risk associated with such noise.
